Born and raised in Maryland’s capital city, Jody is an Annapolitan through and through. With her deep knowledge of the area and passion for all that the Greater Annapolis Area has to offer – historic charm, waterfront lifestyle, proximity to DC, Baltimore, the Eastern Shore and more –  Jody is eager to help clients accomplish their real estate goals by putting her unique blend of business and technology expertise to work for them in Anne Arundel County and beyond.

A graduate of Annapolis High School, Jody went on to earn a BA Degree with Honors from Georgetown University, where she was also a Division I student-athlete on the Women’s Lacrosse team. Her entrepreneurial spirit led her to spend the next 10+ years working with high-growth technology startups in Raleigh, DC and Boston. Here, she served in a variety of client-facing leadership roles spanning Sales, Marketing, Strategic Partnerships and Corporate Development.

A highly-organized communicator and collaborator, Jody has a knack for streamlining complicated processes to ensure a successful outcome from start to finish – leveraging extensive experience negotiating complex contracts and managing large cross-organizational initiatives. Her affinity for building lasting relationships is rooted in mutual trust and a genuine regard for each client’s values and circumstances, making her an ideal advocate for anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Understanding that real estate transactions are some of the biggest decisions many make in their lifetime, Jody is committed to supporting clients through every step of the process, regardless of where they are in their homeownership journey. She couples her keen design sense with a strategic approach to unlocking every home’s maximum potential – whether that’s through effective marketing and staging for sellers, or helping buyers envision how they might adapt a space to best fit their lifestyle.

Jody and her husband, Joe, are residents of Downtown Annapolis, along with their rescue pup, Maisie.
