A licensed Realtor since 2006, Lynn has consistently been a multi-million dollar producer. Lynn’s annual sales consistently exceed $10,000,000 and in the last five years her sales have totaled over $62,000,000.  Her clients and sales represent a diverse group of buyers and sellers and a wide range of properties ranging from downtown row houses to luxury home sales. She prides herself on her patience and individual attention guiding her clients through a smooth transaction from start to finish.

Lynn received her Nursing Degree at Johns Hopkins University and was a pediatric oncology nurse prior to raising her own family of four in Timonium. Currently residing in Ruxton at historic Hiddenbrook, which she and husband Ray, a cardiologist at St Agnes, took two years to restore to its original glory.  Lynn volunteers her time at the Church of the Redeemer Loaves and Fishes program, making soup for the homeless. Lynn was also an active volunteer at her children’s schools-St Paul’s, Garrison Forest, Bryn Mawr and Odyssey.

In her free time Lynn enjoys pickleball, walks to Lake Roland, biking, cooking, gardening and family time.

Lynn and Ray have been homeowners in Bethany Beach, Delaware for 25 years and she looks forward to helping buyers and sellers in the Coastal Delaware market as well in the future.
