Oriet Milmoe
Oriet Milmoe was born and raised in South Caroline and has called many cities home including Los Angeles, Washington DC, Atlanta, Charleston, and Richmond before settling in Baltimore in 2000 with her family.
Oriet’s ability to create long-lasting trusted relationships has been the foundation of her success across many business platforms. Her innovative marketing strategies coupled with her unique knowledge of the local market enables her to generate tremendous success and close deals for her clientele. She realizes each real estate property is uniquely individual and offers something special to buyers and sellers. Every client receives an incomparable amount of personal attention, diligence and expertise. Oriet is well versed on all the region has to offer in regards to real estate, culture, art, food and sports as a previous Editor/Owner of The Scout Guide magazine.
Additionally, Oriet has been the owner of Oriet’s Fine Art Gallery and curated art-centric travel experiences for fifteen years. Her background in marketing/advertising at Esquire, Wired, and Worth magazines and her dedication and professionalism in promoting artworks throughout the Mid-Atlantic region made her a natural fit for becoming the owner/editor of The Scout Guide Baltimore & Annapolis magazine which she launched in 2014 and sold in 2022. She honed many skills during this tenure which translate well to becoming a successful real estate professional including negotiating and closing deals. Oriet graduated from Clemson University with a focus on marketing and also completed The Fund for American Studies program in Economics and Politics through Georgetown University.
Involved in the community, Oriet supports local artists/non profits and other organizations such as The Manor Conservancy and Ladew Gardens that make it possible for people to enjoy green spaces. She enjoys tennis, horseback riding, hiking, gardening and travel. A fun fact about Oriet is she was in the Opening Ceremony for the 1996 Olympics as the flag bearer for Burkina Faso.
